6 Things to Consider When Booking the CELPIP Exam

Do you want to make sure you maintain your study drive throughout your CELPIP training period? Book the test before you commit to any training program.

Having a set test date limits your preparation time which is, without a doubt, one of the most effective study motivators out there. It’ll also help you avoid procrastination and other negative study habits that stem from the knowledge that you have a lot of time left for review. So, enroll in an affordable CELPIP review course only after you’ve established your exam date. Here are the things that you should know and consider when booking the test.

IELTS Philippines

     1.    The CELPIP test fee in the Philippines is $215 (CAD).
This roughly translates to P8,750.00, which may vary a couple of cents depending on the conversion rate at the time you wish to book the test.

      2.    You can only take the CELPIP exam in Manila.
As of July 2018, there is only one CELPIP test center in the Philippines. It is located in Manila, specifically at the Floor Times Plaza Building at the corner of Taft Avenue and United Nations Avenue.

      3.    CELPIP exams are usually held on Fridays.
The test is held in at least two Fridays per month, with a morning and an afternoon session each day. The morning sessions start at 10:00 and the afternoon sessions start at 2:30. Visit CELPIP’s official website to find out the exact dates. Enroll in an CELPIP review course that ends near your chosen test date to enhance your performance.

      4.    There are three ways to book the exam.
You can register at CELPIP’s official website. You can visit CELPIP’s test center in Manila. Or, you can book the exam at one of the Approved CELPIP Registration Agents in the Philippines such as JRooz Review Center. If you choose either of the last two options, you can pay for the test upon registration.

      5.    For online registrations, exam payment must be made via PayPal, credit, or debit card.
If you want to pay via a debit account, know that CELPIP only accepts payment sent through the following banking institutions:

·         Banco De Oro (BDO)
·         Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
·         EastWest Bank
·         Landbank
·         Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC)
·         UnionBank

Payments must be made in full with a single card or account.

       6.    CELPIP exam slots are limited.
So, make sure you book your desired test date early. That way, you’ll not only guarantee that you can take the exam on the day you want, but you’ll also ensure that you have ample time to enroll in an affordable CELPIP review course to prepare for the test.
